Overview

In this performance assessment, students will be asked to match decimals with their base-ten numerals, their number name, and the expanded form of the number. 

This assessment can be used at any time in grade 5 after students have demonstrated proficiency reading and writing decimals using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form.

Students can read and write decimals to thousandths using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form.
